Attaching the tie-downs alone is stress-free, as there is no concern that the bike can tip over releasing the tie-downs one at a time is equally easy. The stand works in trailers with an adaptor kit so it will mount to the floor if your trailer has an E-track system, Condor has a universal kit for that.Condor’s Pit-Stop/Trailer-Stop stand is one of those products that you don’t realize how useful it will be until you have one. It took two seconds to put the Condor in the back of the truck and holds the bike securely enough that only two straps are required. Thanks to the security of the Condor’s cradle and receiver, we avoid over-tightening the straps and putting undue load on the suspension. Because it is light, the Pit-Stop can be carried easily, and it kept a bagger upright so we could clean the awkward lower parts at the rear.Motorcycle transportation is also improved. Rocking forward first, and then positively backward, pulls the bike easily from the Condor stand it is genuinely a one-person affair. The rubberized stabilizing legs hold the Condor in place, so it is unnecessary to bolt it down and drill into the truck-bed. Rotating 90 degrees into place, it holds the motorcycle securely upright, even before any straps are attached. A sturdy upright with wheel receiver creates a firm buffer for the tire. The Pit-Stop’s fully adjustable bottom-cradle takes any size of tire up to 22 inches, and it works on front or rear wheels. A T-bar across the front section of the frame prevents the motorcycle from leaning and rubberized undersides stops sideslipping, even on a metal truck bed.
